MTP Homes began as a family business and aims to keep it that way. Albeit, a larger family now, composed of family members, friends, co-workers, and past clients, our business continues to run on relationship. Our aim is to give you the best product possible, while being as authentic and transparent as possible.

Started in 2016 by a father and son team, each with a background in construction, teaching, art, woodworking and framing, MTP now has a full in-house team of craftspeople and a plethora of contractors we work with. MTP is a fully-license general contractor in both Kansas and Missouri and is fully insured.

We work all over the KC Metro and do everything from historical home renovations in Hyde Park to primary suite additions in south Overland Park to kitchen and bathroom remodels in Brookside. We love our hometown and love being a part of all the chapters of its residents lives.
